Can you repair an appliance between two guest bookings?
Yes. We are available Mon–Sat 7:00 AM–11:00 PM and Sun 8:00 AM–10:00 PM — 7 days a week. If you have a 24-48 hour turnover window between guests, call us immediately after the departure and we will try to get our technician there before the next check-in. Same-day service is available in most cases.
Do you offer same-day service for vacation rentals?
In most cases, yes. We aim for a 3-hour arrival window on same-day calls. We do not charge a surcharge for weekend or evening service — the rate is the same flat $85 diagnostic fee (waived if we repair it) regardless of when you call.
How does your warranty protect my vacation rental?
Every repair includes a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of service, our technician returns at no additional charge. This directly protects your guest reviews — a fixed appliance that breaks again within 90 days is our problem, not yours.
Can you help me set up a maintenance plan for my rental?
Yes. The Annual Appliance Maintenance Plan is $350/year plus parts, covering two scheduled in-home visits. Each visit includes refrigerator condenser coil cleaning, dryer lint duct inspection, dishwasher filter cleaning, and a full appliance check.
